Shipping policy

DELIVERY

Shipping for orders over 50 € is FREE. For orders under 50 € shipping costs 15 €.

TURNAROUND

We are currently running a little slower than usual due to the social distancing measures we have put in place.  Orders may take up to 3 working days to be dispatched.

CARRIERS

All UK deliveries (excluding some parts of Scotland and offshore islands) are being sent with Yodel. Delivery from dispatch is between 1-2 days.

To some parts of Scotland and offshore islands, delivery is with Royal Mail and can take longer.

At busy times of the year delivery times may be extended. Please make sure that delivery address & postcode are correct as we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.

ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an email from us with tracking number provided by the shipping carrier as soon as your order is dispatched.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping has been put on pause until the dust settles with Brexit and export becomes clearer and simpler to navigate. We hope this will not be too long!
