RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGE POLICY

Not a fan of your nut butter? You can return a product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To return your product please email hello@butter-nut.com with your order details and reason for return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost you paid on the order.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

QUALITY ISSUES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case please take photos of the items and contact Zoe directly at hello@butter-nut.com and we will help you from there.
